Locating Print Journals via Cavalog

  1. Select Cavalog from the library's home page.

  2. Change the Search Everything box to Periodicals Collection

  3. In the search box, enter terms like government or politics. 

  4. Click Search.

Current issues of print periodicals are located on the main-level; back issues are located on the lower level of the Library.

Locating Reference Resources

  1. Select Cavalog from the library's home page.
  2. Change the Search Everything box to Reference Collection
  3. In the search box, enter terms like government or politics.
  4. Locate the reference book using the call # provided.

 The Reference Collection is located on the main level of the Library.

Using Magazines for Libraries

Magazines for Libraries is a Reference Book that contains descriptions of magazines and journals.  Entries also list the publisher,  frequency, and the database that indexes each periodical.  The book is arranged by subject.  See the subject of Political Science for periodicals relating to comparative and American politics, international relations, or general political theory.
