Welcome to Holy Spirit Library's guide for submitting your electronic dissertation. UMI Dissertation Publishing (a division of ProQuest LLC) is Cabrini University's vendor for dissertation publication, access, and preservation. UMI Dissertation Publishing has been publishing dissertations and theses since 1938. This guide will help you to understand copyright issues, prepare your manuscript for publication, and submit your manuscript for publication. An electronic, full-text copy of your dissertation will be in the ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Global Database for researchers throughout the world.  Dissertations are submitted to ProQuest at https://www.etdadmin.com/pqdirect

Introduction

Use the tabs across the top of this page to access the following information:

  • Copyright - Understand your rights and the rights of others to use the information in your dissertation
  • Manuscript - Prepare your manuscript for electronic and print publication and access
  • Submission - Information you will need and the step by step process to to submit your manuscript to ProQuest

If your dissertation is finished and prepared according to specifications, go directly to the Submission tab.

If you would like to see a list of dissertations published by Cabrini University students

  • go to the library home page
  • click on Research Databases - log in
  • Select ProQuest Dissertations and Theses
  • Select Advanced Search
  • Use the search term "Cabrini University" - include quotations
